I don’t know about you, but desperation drives me to my knees. It is in my most desperate of times when I find myself seeking Christ most.
Sometimes my life reminds me of this scripture. I often find myself exactly where the leper was, praying, “Lord, if you will”….
Sometimes I wish my life were different. Sometimes I desperately wish I could rewrite my past and erase every difficult situation I have ever encountered.
How about you?
Those difficult situations are what make us who we are, if we humble ourselves and allow God to use them.
We were encouraged in the devotion today to come to Jesus with humility and desperation.
Is there any other way?
