    So very true. I had to have a hard conversation last night- but it worked out so much better that I could have imagined- even though it was a painful conversation.

    Such wise words, Laurie. I feel like I am always learning more about communication, how to do it with compassion and responsibilities. And sometimes we have to let go of the outcome.

    Boy isn’t THAT the truth! I recently had a revelation (yep, i;m a bit late on this one!) that I spend so much time trying to control everyone and everything around me, that I spend no time trying to control the one thing I CAN control: ME! surprise!

    Yep, only took me almost 40 years to figure that one out, go figure.

    Anyways, my point is that I get it. We have a lot to do with our interactions with others.
