Have you ever been stuck in an elevator? I have and it wasn’t even a little bit fun. I posted about it here: Stuck in an Elevator but I couldn’t resist doing a video, though the recording isn’t the best.

OHMYGOSH that is hilarious and scary all at the same tiime!!! And if I smelled smoke, I surely would break down into a thousand tiny pieces and cry out “I’M GOING TO DIE!!!”
I love that you did that parental low whispering maternal scream “JUST CLEAN!!!” To your daughter! I could just picture it! I would have done the same thing!!
And I’m not sure I would be so ‘nice’ to that person on the other end of the ‘help’ button call… but girl, you DID IT.
Great story Laurie!!

I was trying to remain calm for my daughter’s sake because time is money and SHE JUST NEEDED TO KEEP CLEANING!!! 🙂
Love this post! My dad constructed elevators and maintained them, and he was called out many nights to rescue a person or people trapped in an elevator!
I sure could have used him that day!
OMG!!! That’s AWFUL and terrifying!! But your vlog was awesome and I laughed, even though getting stuck in an elevator sounds terrible.

I was composed until I smelled smoke. Blog worthy though. 🙂
ha! You do have a lightning sharp mind.
I did get stuck in an elevator once..for maybe 10 seconds. Some man rescued us and I nearly kissed him.
