If you have been reading this blog for any amount of time then you know how much I love to travel. I have been to a lot of places, both far and near but never out of the country. Maybe one day I will cross the pond and see sites beyond the States but for now I am content to see the many historical and beautiful, everyday places here at home.
I visited New Orleans a couple of years ago with a friend and I published the post as: Wordless Wednesday, Except it’s Friday! on November 4, 2011. I am sharing that post again today because I ran across the post and loved the photos which reminded me of my love of traveling.
I really enjoy the French Market District. I’m not much for bartering but I did buy a scarf at a decent price.
Walking through the town and seeing the old buildings is a cool thing to do. It’s a place uniquely it’s own.
Cafe Du Monde. I enjoy this place because of the atmosphere, and the beignets aren’t bad either!
I definitely want to revisit New Orleans again one day.
I have never been to New Orleans but it is one place I would really like to go!

A city worthy of love.
Thanks, Trudy. The video of your precious Samantha was great!
Thanks for following, Anita…today or before! I just love your photos. I had a friend tell me if I ever visit your ranch she wants to go too! LOL
Oh it all looks like you had so much fun. I am a follower, but I can’t tell if I was before or if I just became one today. Beautiful photography.
Lovely pictures. It is so nice to meet you. Thank you so much for stopping by and for your prayers for my sweet Samantha. At 7:00 a.m. central time, Nov. 8th, I will be posting a video I took of our precious little one at 7 weeks old.
